What consent means
Creating an account will not enroll anyone in messages. A recipient must enter their own mobile number and actively check the separate consent box. The box will be unchecked by default.
Message content
Each weekly message identifies This Week with Jesus, names the selected Scripture passage, and links to the complete weekly reflection and audio. MMS may include a simple devotional image. If MMS is unavailable, the service may send the same essential content by SMS instead. The program is devotional and informational. It does not advertise or sell products.
Sample Twilio message and embedded link
The link uses the permanent domain and opens the complete weekly edition, including the news context, passage reference, official ESV link, reflection, and audio.
