Effective August 23, 2026. These terms govern recurring SMS and MMS messages from This Week with Jesus.
Program description
This Week with Jesus provides a short weekly Christian devotional message. Messages may include a Scripture reference, a brief description, an image, and a link to read or listen to the weekly reflection. When MMS is unavailable, essential content may be delivered by SMS.
Consent and frequency
Enrollment occurs only after a recipient enters their mobile number on the signup form and actively checks the separate, unchecked consent box. Creating an account alone does not grant message consent. The program sends approximately one recurring automated message per week, normally Monday around 9:00 AM in the recipient's selected time zone, plus occasional confirmation or help responses. Message timing may vary.
Charges and cancellation
Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and no purchase is required. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. After STOP, no further recurring program messages will be sent unless the recipient provides fresh affirmative consent through the signup form.
Help
Reply HELP for program information. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Content limitations
The messages are devotional and informational. They are not professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or emergency advice. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
Privacy
Mobile information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS or MMS consent data are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
These terms may be updated when the program or legal requirements change. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
